Dr. Balota Josiah is a Lecturer in Computer Science at Teesside University and an Innovation Technician (Cyber-Physical Systems) at the Industrial Digitalisation Technology Centre (IDTC), specialising in IoT, wireless sensor networks, digital twinning, industrial digitalisation, and networked systems. He will contribute his expertise in IoT, microcontrollers, network connectivity, technical and instructional architecture, and hardware integration across the project’s training modules and work packages.

Professor Olugbenga Akinade, Professor of Digital Innovation at Teesside University, United Kingdom. His expertise spans applied artificial intelligence, AI ethics, digital twins, the Internet of Things and immersive technologies. He serves as Technical Lead for the Teesside Digital Trade Testbed, working with industry and regulatory partners to advance digital trade innovation. His research supports digital transformation and sustainability across trade, infrastructure and manufacturing. He has published over 90 journal and conference articles and contributed to research projects with a combined value exceeding £20 million.
